A 60 GHz Planar Phased Array Integrated with Even-Harmonic I/Q Mixers

A 60 GHz-band four-element integrated planar phased array is proposed. Each antenna element is integrated with evenharmonic I/Q mixer compromised of anti-parallel diode pairs (APDPs) for the adaptive beamforming systems.
